How are we different than our competitors when it comes to chairs?

Most of our chair selections are wood, except for painted ones (these are resin). Most of our competitors do not know wood the way we do and choose to go for the resin material as opposed to wood. This will often give chairs a plastic look instead of the wood - stained look.

We hand clean ALL our chairs, sand and provide touch up, as needed, and wrap our chairs in plastic once they are clean to keep them dust and nick-free. Most of our competitors do not clean their chairs between rentals or will just spray them down with a hose. Most do not have covers for their chairs or if they do, the covers are reused over and over again and never cleaned.

Our Business is able to offer regular delivery where we unload our truck and place where you want the items OR delivery with a trailer, loaded with tables and chairs, that we leave on your property for you to unload. Discounted rates for Trailer Packages.

What is the Drop and Go Package Deal?

We drop off an enclosed trailer at your location with 8ft. banquet tables and white poly folding chairs inside of it. You are responsible to unload, clean items after use and then re-load exactly the way you found it. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE CLEANING OF THE TABLES OR CHAIRS IN BETWEEN RENTALS!

What to know about this package deal?

We DO NOT clean these chairs between each rental. This is the client before you responsibility. This package cannot be used at venues. If you want to move the trailer at your location, you will need to pay a $25 non-refundable damage insurance waiver.

DROP AND ROLL (DR) TRAILER PACKAGE - 20% off individual pricing for rentals

Our Drop and Roll Package are not available to be used at venues.

Rentals:

The expectation is for the client to unload the rentals from the trailer themselves and then re-load the trailer exactly the way they found the items.

Trailer:

The trailer will remain on your property and you will be liable for any damage occurred to the trailer. The trailer will be blocked at the wheels and have a keyed lock on the trailer ramp door and trailer tongue. You may elect to pay a non-refundable $25 damage insurance fee in order to receive the trailer tongue key to move the trailer on your property. If you do not pay this amount, a key for the tongue will NOT be provided and you will not be able to move the trailer. You would then only receive a key for the trailer ramp door.

Why is taking good care of The Drop and Roll Package important?

Your event is important to us and in order to allow us to continue to provide rentals at a greatly discounted rate, we need our items taken care of by our clients. If you do not want to take care of them by carrying and setting up our items properly, please DO NOT select this package. We will gladly provide set-up and tear-down of all items at standard pricing.
